Kevin's AT Thru Hike

Here it is.. I’m officially going to attempt a thru hike of the Appalachian Trail. My last day of work is this Friday, then I’m driving with the folks to Georgia on Tuesday, then I start hiking on Thursday. Up until now, it hasn’t felt real. I spent a good amount of time planning, but I wasn’t sure if I was actually going to pull the trigger or not.

I’ve never blogged before, so I’m not sure how this will evolve. I journal plenty, but it is typically not shared. But, this seems like too neat of an experience to not share some photos, stories, and thoughts with friends and family. Stay tuned for more!
